The Negatives
The first negative which I observed is absence of Table of Contents (TOC). In any eBook role of TOC is very helpful, it will be help you to reach any section of the eBook easily. Without this I found it difficult to maneuver through various sections.
The other problem with Truth About Six Pack Abs is the overwhelming amount of facts that I had to slow down and grasp. In fact my suggestion is to take the print of entire eBook and every time when you come across any powerful statement, highlight it.

So what is the end result?
I will give an objective rating of 9 out of 10 (10 being the highest) to Truth About Six Pack Abs eBook. TOC would have given it 10 out of 10. Like all valid and permanent fast loss programs, it does not work overnight. You only should take action after you have read the eBook at least once(recommended twice). Daily workouts are not necessary; rather you should aim for 2-3 workouts of 30-45 minutes per week to see improvement.
